When are co-pays due?

At the time of service. We accept: checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)


Can a new pt schedule a physical?

Male new patients, can schedule a physical as their first appointment. Female new patients, Dr. Lipnik would prefer that they be seen for a general exam before doing a more detailed physical, so that both the patient and Dr. Lipnik have a better repoire.


Do we do in-house blood work and x-rays?

We send our patients to either Quest or Saint Mary’s Orangelawn for blood work; both draw centers are very close to the office and have very fast service. Any radiological test is sent to St. Mary’s hospital or the nearest hospital to your home.


How do I obtain referrals and how much time should I give to have the referral completed?

Referrals for patients with HMO’s can be requested by contacting the office. Please allow up to 3 business days for the referral to be completed.


What are the hours that the office operates?

Monday- 9am-6pm Tuesday- 9:30am-8pm Wednesday- 9am-6pm Thursday- 9am-6pm Friday-8am-4pm The doctor is on call 24 hours a day, feel free to call him on his cell phone if you think it’s necessary and he would be happy to take your call.


Do I need to make an appointment for a cough & cold ?

If you have been in the office within the last six months, you can call and talk to the nurse and explain your symptoms, she can then direct the proper treatment.


When should I go to the ER?

If you feel like your breathing has become labored and you are feeling faint or dizzy. If you are having any kind of prolonged chest pain. If you have a throbbing headache causing visual problems. If you have severe abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting
